TIROLER SUMMER MOUNTAIN LIFTS
Following a detailed and independant on site review the Tiroler Zugspitzbahn has been awarded the Austrian Summer Mountain Lift Quality Award for its’ success in establishing and further developing traditional alpine mountain summers. The award guarantees visitors a high quality experience on the mountain.
To achieve the award each company has to meet a designated criteria on the themes of family mountain, fit and active mountain, panoramic mountain, pleasure mountain and action mountain. The certificate is awarded by the Austrian Cable Car Association and is subject to stringent and ongoing quality controls.

The twenty Tiroler summer mountain lifts awarded the certificate ensure a mountain experience with a quality guarantee. The award of „Best Austrian Summer Mountain Railway“ by the Association of Cable Cars of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce ensures themed mountains with a quality guarantee. 20 TIROLER SUMMER MOUNTAIN LIFTS WITH A QUALITY AWARD
The quality certificate „Best Austrian Summer Mountain Railways“ guarantees a consistently high quality of experiences on the mountain, and diversity is the motto. The six criteria hi-light the differing orientations of the qualifying companies. To achieve certification each company had to meet a comprehensive criteria and select its‘ areas of expertise.
